Mounting GPS on a motorcycle IS doable – and we can help! Just follow Steps 1-4 below and you've got a solid mount. For more flexibility, see Options 1-3 at right.
STEP 1: WILL IT WORK WITH MY GPS? CHECK THE LIST!
For a list of the GPS models the eCaddy Deluxe fits (and, in some cases, doesn’t!), check the pages below:
- Garmin GPS motorcycle mounts
(Garmin Nuvi, Garmin Zumo, Garmin Quest, Garmin StreetPilot, etc.)
- Tom Tom GPS motorcycle mounts
(Tom Tom Rider, Tom Tom One, Tom Tom XL, Tom Tom 500/700/900 series, etc.)
- Magellan GPS motorcycle mounts
(Magellan Maestro, Magellan RoadMate, Magellan Triton, etc.)
Other GPS:
Many units have the 4-hole "AMPS" pattern or diamond-shaped "RAM" pattern right on their backside. (YOU MAY NEED TO REMOVE THE SUCTION CUP.) If so, all you need is the eCaddy Deluxe. Other units require the purchase of a “cradle.” If the cradle has either pattern on it, you can use the eCaddy Deluxe!

STEP 3: DECIDE WHERE YOU WANT TO MOUNT GPS
STEP 4: OBTAIN A CRADLE
To mount most GPS units on a motorcycle, you need a cradle – a holder that the GPS snaps into. These cradles are specific to the model of GPS you have.
We have many cradles available (they are listed in the drop-down menu above); however, because they are made by other companies, they are not always in stock. Some cradles can be purchased from other sources (e,g., Garmin or Magellan distributor). Whenever possible, we list part numbers, prices and where to buy on the details pages linked to at the top of this page.

OPTIONAL ITEMS
You can mount your GPS using the basic kit (steps 1-4 above), but riders often request some additional capabilities...so here they are!
OPTION 1: DO YOU WANT ULTRATILT?
UltraTilt allows you to angle the GPS unit in ANY direction you choose – for better visibility or to reduce sun glare.
We highly recommend the use of the UltraTilt when used with the Harley or Gold Wing controls mounts, or the farther from the center you intend to mount your GPS.

(Also see photo and customer comment at bottom of page.)
OPTION 2: DO YOU WANT ULTRATECH?
If you want to get your GPS UP or OUT a bit ... The UltraTech is for you!
When used with the eCaddy Deluxe kit, your GPS can be mounted at not just six angles - but TWELVE angles! (Combine it with the UltraTilt, and there's literally NO limit to where and how you can mount!)

And there's MORE: The UltraTech plate can be bent up to 120 degrees! Now you have another option for those hard-to-mount GPS and radar detectors!
NOTE: Shown above with eCaddy Deluxe plate. Click here to watch a 2-minute demo! *
OPTION 3: DO YOU WANT WEATHER PROOFING?
The Aqua Box gives your GPS the protection you need!
The "Flex-Lens" cover seals solidly to repel water, AND it allows you to touch/operate buttons/dials through the screen. Power, earphone and accessory cables/wiring can be routed through a moisture-repellant baffle at the back. Marine-grade construction includes stainless steel pins and hardware. It's also lockable (although a lock is not included).
See more photos here.
OPTION 4: DO YOU NEED POWER?
If you prefer not to run your GPS from batteries, use the PowerLet to run to your motorcycle's battery.
Options include a standard cigarette converter and a mini-USB (check your GPS). Garmin Zumo (excluding the 660) requires a specific harness, as does the Garmin Nuvi 660 (which ships separately).
Example: GPS mounted with the UltraTilt (in this case, on a round bar)
"The UltraTilt works great. I am VERY satisfied with it and the mount after having used them on a 600-mile ride this weekend. Very high quality in both pieces and I recommended them to fellow riders! Thank you for the great service and for providing items that are actually "Made in the USA." I really appreciate all you have done, thanks again." - Dave
