The following shipping options are available as part of the check-out process:

Within the United States: We use UPS (Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, Overnight) and USPS Priority Mail. You can track your order using the "Account" Tab at the top of the site.

Canada: We offer our Canadian customers Global Express (postal - received within a week). We are not responsible for Canadian taxes. Please note: if you prefer UPS, we can do that but please call to make those arrrangements.

All other locations outside the United States: We use Global Express for all other locations outside the US. We cannot control duties/brokerage fees that may apply to shipping method.

EXPECTED SHIP TIMES

Most orders ship within (2) business days of receipt. If the item is on backorder (meaning more than a week to expected ship) that is usually indicated in red on the Product Details page. If it is NOT listed on the order page, and your order is going to take more than a week to ship, we will contact you via email.

EXCEPTIONS TO SHIP TIMES

Custom-order options: These are noted on the ordering page, so please read the page carefully. This mostly affects the Desert Dawgs.

GPS MOUNTING KIT SHIPPING TIMES: If your GPS model is not on this list, please see the GPS Mounting Guide for suggestions/ideas. If your GPS is a NEW model, please contact us (it might be one we just haven’t updated for yet).
